These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Grafa (the "Service"), operated by Book Together LLC ("Book Together", "we", "us"), doing business as Grafa. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Grafa. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

The service

Grafa provides booking, intake, contract, deposit, and reminder tools for independent artists and studios. You are solely responsible for the work you offer, the contracts you upload, and your interactions with clients.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (images, descriptions, contracts, client data). You grant Grafa a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate the Service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload your content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable law.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
• No interference with the integrity or performance of the Service.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access.

Payments & deposits

Our order process for Grafa subscriptions is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and handles all checkout, billing, tax, subscription management, refunds, and related customer service inquiries on behalf of Book Together LLC. By purchasing a subscription you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds for Grafa subscriptions are handled per our Refund Policy.

Deposits and client payments collected by you through Grafa from your own end-clients are processed by separate third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks on those transactions are governed by the agreement between you and your client and that payment provider's rules.

Subscription & trial

Grafa may be offered with a free trial. After the trial, paid subscriptions renew on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued provision of the Service is no longer commercially viable.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Grafa does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grafa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Data protection

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. When you use Grafa to collect personal data from your own clients, you act as the data controller and Grafa acts as the processor. The Data Processing Addendum applies to that processing and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You can exercise data rights at any time via our data request form.
