California Residents
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Grafa does not sell or share personal information. We don't trade, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months and have no plans to start.
We also honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where your browser sends one — it is treated as a valid opt-out signal even though no opt-out is technically required given our practices.
If you would still like to submit a formal opt-out request, or if you would like to exercise any other California privacy right (access, deletion, correction, portability, or limit use of sensitive personal information), use our data request form or email privacy@grafa.co. We respond within 45 days.
For full details, see our Privacy Policy, including the "California privacy rights" section.
