Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Grafa subscriptions sold by Book Together LLC ("Book Together", "we", "us"), doing business as Grafa, through our reseller Paddle.com ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new Grafa subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

For renewals, you may request a refund within 14 days of the renewal charge if you have not made substantive use of the Service during that renewal period.

How to request a refund

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are issued through Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
  • Email us at hello@grafa.co with your order email and the reason for the refund, and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are typically processed by Paddle within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Paddle's full refund handling is described in the Paddle Refund Policy.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, the related subscription is cancelled and access to paid Grafa features ends immediately. You can continue using any free tier that remains available.

Client deposits and payments

This policy covers Grafa subscription fees only. Deposits and payments that you collect from your own clients through Grafa are processed by separate payment providers and are governed by your agreement with your client and that provider's rules — not by this policy.
